NOTA Scotland Conference 2025
On the 8th and 9th of September 2025, practitioners, researchers, and policy leaders gathered at the Stirling Court Hotel for NOTA Scotland 2025. Spanning two days of intensive learning and collaboration, the conference featured prominent keynote speakers—including DSU Mike Smith, Geoff Tordzro-Taylor, Fiona Moran, Prof Simon Hackett, SWS Sharon Glasgow, Time Kelly, and Carol Robinson—alongside 12 specialized breakout sessions covering key practice developments.
Our team provided comprehensive event management, digital marketing, and operational support to ensure a seamless experience for delegates, speakers, and board members throughout the event.

Venue Logistics & Sourcing
Sourced and coordinated the venue and catering for the conference social evening, providing a dedicated space for delegates and speakers to network informally.
Post-Event Analytics:
Collected, analysed, and synthesised attendee feedback into a detailed post-event report distributed directly to the board for future planning.
Marketing, Design & Web Management:
Designed and managed the event’s dedicated web pages, executed targeted digital marketing campaigns, and produced all printed conference collateral, including official brochures.
Speaker & Board Logistics
Fully coordinated travel and accommodation arrangements for keynote speakers and board members.
On-Site Operational Support:
Provided dedicated in-person staff support throughout the two days to manage speaker liaison, assist venue staff, and handle delegate queries.
