In May 2025, delegates, researchers, and leading professionals from around the world gathered at the iconic Europa Hotel in Belfast for the NOTA International Conference 2025. Running over two high-impact days on the 15th and 16th of May, the flagship event delivered an exceptional program featuring world-renowned keynote speakers – including Professor Nicholas Blagden, Dr James Cantor, Iain Drennan, Prof Ethel Quayle, Prof Sam Lundigran, Marcella Leonard, Robert Richardson, Professor Parveen Ali, Dr Michaela Rogers, Prof Nadine McKillop, and Prof Carlene Firmin – alongside 37 specialist breakout sessions.
Our team provided end-to-end event strategy, production, and management services to ensure a seamless experience for organisers, key speakers, regional sponsors, and attendees.

Resounding Success?
Venue Logistics & Sourcing
Sourced and secured the Europa Hotel to handle plenary sessions and breakouts, alongside arranging the evening social venue, full delegate catering, and accommodation and travel logistics for speakers and board members.
Sponsorship & Commercial Strategy:
Sourced and managed key partnerships with a wide range of leading regional and sector sponsors, including McGibbon Consultancy, Leonard Consultancy, Visit Belfast, AIM, Kibble, PBNI, NI Social Care Council, NSPCC, Apple Orchard, and Extern.
Marketing, Design, Print & Web Management:
Designed and hosted the event’s dedicated web pages, executed targeted digital marketing campaigns, and produced all printed conference materials, including the official event brochure.
Digital Delegate Experience:
Built and managed a bespoke Conference App, giving attendees instant access to session schedules, speaker details, maps, and real-time announcements.
On-Site Operational Support:
Deployed two experienced staff members on the ground throughout the two days to manage speaker prep, assist venue teams, handle delegate inquiries, and maintain smooth running times.
Post-Event Analytics:
Collated, analysed, and delivered comprehensive delegate feedback reports directly to the board to evaluate event success and inform future strategy.
