TCTC Annual Conference 2025
Held at the High Leigh Conference Centre in Hertfordshire, TCTC 2025 brought together a diverse, national network of practitioners, clinicians, and researchers dedicated to therapeutic environments and relational care. The conference featured a comprehensive program of keynote addresses from over 30 leading experts – including Dr Chris Nicholson, Dr Deborah Judge, Gemma Ditchfield, Libby Moore, Jonathan Stanley, and Peter Cockersell – exploring innovative practice, trauma-informed care, and residential support.
Our team delivered end-to-end management, digital marketing, and event operations to ensure a seamless experience for delegates, speakers, and sponsors throughout the conference.

Resounding Success?
Hospitality Sourcing
Sourced and coordinated the venue and catering for the conference social evening, giving delegates an ideal setting to connect and network outside the main sessions.
Sponsorship & Commercial Strategy:
Partnered with the board to secure an extensive group of sponsors, including Amberleigh Care, The Amicus Community, Birribi, CHT, Compass Children’s Homes, Five Rivers, The Mulberry Bush, Hexagon Care Services, iST, Navigo, Phoenix Care Group, Park Blue Homes, TCES, Woodford, and YMCA.
Marketing, Design & Web Management:
Designed and managed dedicated web pages for the event while running targeted digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement and registration.
Brochure & Print Design
Designed and produced all printed conference collateral, including attendee brochures and event signage.
On-Site Operational Support:
Provided dedicated in-person staff throughout the event to manage on-ground logistics, assist speakers, and support delegates.
Post-Event Analytics:
Collected, analysed, and distributed detailed delegate feedback to the board to assess event outcomes and aid future planning.
