NOTA Cymru Conference 2025
On 27th November 2025, professionals and sector leaders gathered at the sPARC Building at Cardiff University for NOTA Wales 2025, an essential one-day conference focused on advancing practice, policy, and collaborative research. The event featured an outstanding lineup of keynote speakers – Anna Glinski, Kathryn Lawrence, Jan Pickles, Jane Foster, and Anne-Marie Lawrence – alongside an extensive multi-agency panel representing organisations including Cardiff University, Cascade, HMPPS, Pembrokeshire County Council, the Hydrant Programme, and the Lucy Faithfull Foundation.
Our team delivered comprehensive event management, marketing, and logistical support behind the scenes to ensure a seamlessly executed conference from start to finish.

Resounding Success?
Venue Logistics & Sourcing
Sourced and coordinated venues and catering for both the official Board Dinner and the evening social event, providing dedicated spaces for delegates and board members to network.
Sponsorship & Commercial Support:
Collaborated with core event sponsors, including Gwynedd Local Authority, the British Association of Social Workers, Rockhopper Children’s Services, and Barnardo’s.
Marketing, Design & Web Management:
Built and managed dedicated website pages, drove targeted digital marketing campaigns, and produced all printed conference collateral, including event brochures.
Speaker & Board Logistics
Coordinated all travel and accommodation arrangements for keynote speakers, panellists, and board members.
On-Site Operational Support:
Provided dedicated in-person staff support throughout the day at sPARC to oversee session delivery, speaker coordination, and delegate queries.
Post-Event Analytics:
Gathered, analysed, and synthesised delegate feedback into a comprehensive post-event report delivered directly to the board.
