Hosted at Arden Grange in Solihull, TCTC 2026 brought together a vibrant international network of clinicians, researchers, practitioners, and leaders in therapeutic community care. With main sponsorship from Fevaca, the conference featured an expansive keynote program with over 40 leading figures—including Dr Chris Nicholson, Naomi Ball, Katy Carver, Alison Hodgson, Thomas Ellison, Dr Andrew Rogers, Dr Kevin Gallagher, Luca Minggarelli, and Paul Carr—focusing on pioneering approaches to relational practice, residential care, and therapeutic environments.
Our team provided complete end-to-end event production, marketing, sponsorship management, and operational delivery to ensure an outstanding conference experience for delegates, key speakers, and commercial partners alike.

Hospitality Sourcing
Sourced and coordinated the venue and catering for the social evening, creating a relaxed, dedicated space for attendees and board members to build connections outside the main program.
Sponsorship & Commercial Strategy:
Sourced and managed strategic partnerships for the event, led by main sponsor Fevaca alongside supporting sponsors Amberleigh Care, Midhurst Clinical Therapeutic Services, and Kairo.
Marketing, Design & Web Management:
Designed and maintained dedicated event web pages, while running targeted digital marketing campaigns to drive attendee registration and engagement.
Brochure & Print Design
Designed and produced all printed event collateral, including official attendee program guides, brochures, and conference signage.
On-Site Operational Support:
